Terms & Conditions for “Get It Cheaper”
Acceptance of Offer:
By participating in the “Get It Cheaper” feature, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted offer at their discretion. If the seller accepts the offer, the buyer will receive a confirmation email with further instructions to complete the purchase.
Acceptance Window:
The seller will review submitted offers within a 48-hour period. However, this timeframe is not guaranteed and may vary depending on the volume of offers received.
Price-Match Policy:
The “Get It Cheaper” feature is designed to provide buyers with an opportunity to negotiate a better price. As such, the seller does not guarantee to match or beat prices from competitors. Each offer will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as product availability, market conditions, and shipping costs.
Inspection and Return Policy:
Buyers have the opportunity to inspect the product before loading. The seller offers a 100% money-back guarantee if the buyer is not satisfied with the items. To request a refund, the buyer must inform the attendant at the freezer and provide a justified reason for the return. The attendant will then return the product to the freezer, and the buyer will receive a refund. However, once the items are loaded onto the buyer’s truck or accepted upon delivery, there is a no-return policy.
Expiration of Offer:
Unless otherwise specified in the acceptance email, any accepted offer will expire 72 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent. The buyer must complete the purchase within this timeframe to take advantage of the negotiated price. If the purchase is not completed within the specified period, the offer will be considered void, and the buyer may need to submit a new offer.
Changes to Terms & Conditions:
The seller reserves the right to modify or terminate the “Get It Cheaper” feature and its associated terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the buyer’s responsibility to periodically review these terms for any changes.
