Use of Website
Lobsterbait.net provides a platform for bait suppliers, harvesters, and resellers to buy and sell bait products. Our website allows suppliers to sign up to use our commission broker services to market and sell their bait to harvesters and resellers throughout eastern Canada and the USA.
Fees
We charge a commission fee of either 5% or $0.05 per lb as part of the selling price. Our commission fee is a competitive rate in the industry, as some brokers charge as much as $0.25 per lb for brokering bait.
Bait Products
We welcome all types of bait products, from suppliers near and far. The bait suppliers we source range from Canada, the USA, Norway, Iceland, Spain, and many more.
User Accounts
To access some of our services, you may need to create an account with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lobsterbait.net or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these terms and conditions. You also agree not to use our website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of our website.
Limitation of Liability
Lobsterbait.net will not be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our website.
